RMC appoints interim chairman after Leach ousted

Shareholders in West Perth-based mineral explorer Resource Mining Corporation Ltd have voted to oust the company's executive chairman John Leach.

RMC announced today it has appointed current director Warwick Davies to the board as acting executive chairman.

The company said it is seeking to appoint a Perth based non-executive chairman to its board with a strong mining background and is seeking to bolster both the board and management team with personnel with Nickel experience.
