Online home entertainment company Quickflix Ltd has entered a distribution deal with Coles Online, a division of Coles Myer, for the promotion of the Quickflix service to the supermarket's online customer base.

The company believes that Coles Online represents a quality channel for the promotion of its movie rental subscription service targeting consumers who are seeking superior choice and convenience of home delivery.
The deal extends the company's network of distribution partners which includes Optus, ninemsn, Yahoo!7 and Hoyts.
In February, Quickflix announced the successful integration of the subscriber bases of Homescreen and Quickflix onto a single technology platform.
The integration gave Quickflix, the leading independent online DVD rental subscription player in Australia, a combined 9,000 strong subscriber base.
At 1210 WST, Quickflix's share price was 14 cents.
