Quality Grades Matrix Breakfast

The Property Council is holding an informative breakfast seminar on the council’s newly released ‘Guide to Office Building Quality’, June 28 at the Parmelia Hilton Hotel. This publication is widely accepted as the industry standard and provides two voluntary tools for classifying office building quality: 1. a design specification for new office buildings; and 2. a quality matrix for existing buildings. Guest speakers for the event include: • Robert Mulcahy – state manager of Lincolne Scott; • Steve Carulli – director of NSC Corporate; and • Alison Robertson – general mana-ger of QV1. The seminar will be chaired by Evan Briers – manager property services, Hawaiian. Registration for this event costs $55 for Property Council members and $77 for non members, with corporate tables available.
