PORT Bouvard has announced the completed sale of a coastal land holding at Melros, south of Mandurah, for $13.7 million.
The land holding is the third non-core asset Port Bouvard has sold in the past year as part of its debt reduction strategy. In February, a land-holding at Port Bouvard Marina settled for $4.75 million, while in July Port Bouvard offloaded a parcel of land at Dawesville for $4.95 million.
Port Bouvard will continue to seek buyers for its Southport Hotel, Golf Course Villa and Piazza restaurant sites.
