Perth office market drives national growth

Rising demand from the resources sector for office space in Perth’s CBD has been identified as the key driver of the highest rental growth across Australia since December 2008, CBRE says.

The same can be said of residential vacancy rates for both long & short term accommodation in the CBD of Perth. Hotel rooms are difficult to secure and quality self-contained apartments in the Perth CBD are in high demand with rental incomes having increased over the past 6 months by as much as 25% in some cases.
