WHILE each online employment site offers varying degrees of recruitment tools, other HR technologies are available to help in back office HR automation.
Human Resource Results has an alliance with Melbourne firm Crossroads Management Group and provides companies with or without an HR department with tools to better manage people.
While the company offers a recruitment and selection technology to support company websites, it also offers a range of products to help in other areas of HR management.
HRR managing director Luke van Beek said one product receiving strong interest from employer groups was the 360-degree feedback tool available on both an online and windows format, which allowed an employee to seek and receive feedback from fellow employees and managers.
“It is a strategic tool for HR managers and executives to plan and coordinate training programs. They can look at the information from an individual or group and assess and highlight what needs to be developed,” Mr van Beek said.
He also said of particular interest to small and medium businesses were the customised online HR policies and procedures manuals.
“These manuals have been heavily researched and Human Resource Results can customise the information to suit a businesses requirements,” Mr van Beek said.
“It is always updated and employees have 24-hour access at work or at home. The core values of the company have full transparency and further promote it online.”
