The Company wishes to advise that it has received a Notice of Requisition of Meeting pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act.
The Notice requests the Company to convene a meeting for the purposes of putting resolutions before shareholders concerning the removal of existing directors Maureen Muggeridge, Dr Bram Janse and Charles Devenish and the appointment of new directors Kyle Bradley Haynes, Michael Anthony Robson and David Grant Sanders.
The Company is currently taking instructions from legal counsel on this matter and will be making further announcements in due course
