Paladio acquires Fabcon for $1.9m

Belmont-based industrial services provider Paladio Group Ltd will acquire Kewdale-based Fabcon Constructions Pty Ltd for $1.4 million cash plus 600,000 Paladio shares at 85c per share.

A statement issued by Paladio said the acquisition would help the company with plans to significantly expand its constuction and maintenance operations in WA.
