Olympia Resources has announced the appointment of Mal Randall as chairman of directors, replacing James Hudleston who has resigned to pursue other oil and gas assets.
Olympia Resources has announced the appointment of Mal Randall as chairman of directors, replacing James Hudleston who has resigned to pursue other oil and gas assets.
Mr Randall brings extensive experience in resources sector management and marketing, including more than 20 years with the Rio Tinto group of companies.
His experience extends over a broad range of commodities, including iron ore, diamonds, base metals, coal, uranium and industrial minerals both in Australia and internationally.
His previous directorships have included ASX and AIM listed Consolidated Minerals Ltd and Titan Resources Ltd, and he is currently on the boards of United Kimberley Diamonds, Thundelara Exploration and is Chairman of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd.
Mr Randall holds a Batchelor of Applied Chemistry Degree and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and resides in Perth.
