The embattled builder is looking to offload nine properties across Perth, under various stages of development.
Nicheliving is looking to sell nine of its properties, following the loss of its building licence and revelations of a significant tax debt.
The Perth-based builder and developer has engaged Mack Hall Real Estate to market several of its project sites, each at various stages of development.
The agency contacted potential buyers in a recent email, obtained by Business News, detailing opportunities to purchase about 80 lots across different sites.
The sites include Nicheliving’s Dalkeith project at 69 Waratah Avenue, which the company purchased in 2022 for $3.3 million, via ASIC entity Ivory Developments.
The site has been approved for a five-lot development, with Bellagio Homes appointed as the builder.
Nicheliving is expecting at least $4.75 million for the Dalkeith site.
Nicheliving is also looking to divest two properties in Como, which have both been approved for multi-unit developments of six and 19 lots respectively.
The Leonara Street property is expected to sell for $2.8 million while the Robert Street block is expected to fetch $5.5 million.
Nicheliving has also listed properties in Bayswater, Orelia, Bentley, Mandurah and Wilson.
The company bought two Mandurah properties as vacant lots in 2013. Despite obtaining development approval, the sites remain empty.
Some individual lots have already been sold and Business News understands buyers have expressed interest in other properties in this portfolio.
Mack Hall told prospective buyers that the sites for sale included undeveloped lots and build opportunities, with some of the sites having presales locked in.
In total, the listed sites are valued at more than $26 million.
Nicheliving has come under fire recently after the state’s Building Services Board refused to renew the building registration of Projex Management & Construction Pty Ltd, which trades as Nicheliving.
This decision followed claims from multiple Nicheliving customers that their homes had faces years of delay.
It is understood that Nicheliving has more than 230 unfinished homes on its books.
It was recently revealed in the State Administrative Tribunal that Nicheliving’s tax bill has exceeded $7 million.
Nicheliving has been contacted for comment.
