New World Alloys raises $720k through placement

West Perth-based mineral exploration company New World Alloys Ltd has announced plans to raise $720,000 through a placement for working capital.

The company will sell 36 million shares at 2c each to raise the money, one month after signing an agreement with AIM-listed Weatherly International PLC for the disposal of its African mineral projects for $7.5 million.
