Mount Gibson extends Aztec offer date to November 10

Mount Gibson Iron Ltd has extended the closing date of its takeover offer for Aztec Resources Ltd to 5:00 pm WST on November 10, after announcing a five per cent increase of its share in the company.

Mount Gibson announced an increase of its stake in the company to 37.2 per cent, up from the 15.2 per cent it held when the offer was first made.

Aztec continues to recommend against the offer.
