Each motorcycle parking site will have four bays.
Two sites have been proposed for James Street, and one each for Lake Street, Francis Street and Aberdeen Street.
Meanwhile, a further 209 parking bays, including three disabled parking bays and two motorcycle bays will be available in Northbridge within the next four weeks.
Council has reached an agreement with the WA Planning Commission to open a temporary car park at 92 to 98 Lake Street, between Aberdeen and Newcastle Streets over the Graham Farmer Freeway.
The car park is due to open in the first week of October and will cost 90 cents per hour with a maximum of $5 per day.
Security patrols will monitor the area day and night.
