MedTech Global Ltd advises it has formed a joint company with eBreez Limited to provide capability and management to compete and deliver large scale software integration projects in New Zealand and Australia.
The joint venture company (MedTech Integration Limited) will enable MDG to engage and deliver projects similar to those already undertaken in partnerships such as:
MDG has nor previously been a proactive participant in this area of health sector software consulting services. This joint venture provides MDG with further opportunity to leverage its strong presence and distribution capability in the health sector to enhance revenue and profitability.
MDG have a 51 per cent shareholding in MedTech Integration and have appointed Peter Gardner as the Principal and CEO.
Peter Gardner has in excess of 20 years in senior management, including CEO of one of New Zealand's largest IBM business partners, "Madison Systems Ltd" and CEO of "RHE & Associates Ltd," the latter being an experienced and active player in large scale health industry software consulting projects.
"This is an exciting opportunity to utilise MedTech's strong and established presence in the high growth health sectors of Australia and New Zealand," says Peter.
Peter will be leading a team to support the initiatives of the major stakeholders in the health ecology and to leverage MDG's products and expertise to enable greater levels of integration, connectivity and service.
