Maher admitted as PwC partner

SHANNON Maher (pictured) has been admitted as a partner in the Enterprise Growth Practise of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Having relocated from Sydney, Mr Maher specialises in audit and advisory services to medium-sized Australian private companies, some start ups and the branches of larger foreign companies.

The firm’s Perth Employment & Wealth Group has also expanded and appointed five new staff – Andy Carmichael, Kate Downey, Kristy Brown, Donna King and Minay Raniga.

Mr Carmichael has previously worked in South Africa as a tax consultant. He specialises in expatriate and international personal tax.

Both Ms Downey and Ms Brown are on secondment from the firm’s Melbourne office and both specialise in Australian personal tax and superannuation.

Ms King and Mr Raniga have previously worked in London. They too specialise in expatriate and international tax.
