About time! Finally Scarborough will have the facelift it so rightfully deserves, wonder if the recent media with the Mayor of Stirling saying they might need to look at paid parking if the State Govt didn't chip in for the project had anything to do with it...... me thinks so!. Fair play Stirling given the hundreds of thousands of tourist this beach attracts each year and now hopefully more families too. Can't wait!
