Accomplishments
Karen Quick says she realised her most significant business achievement over the past two years by making Quick Ideas grow from “an idea” to a profitable full-time business. This idea, she says, allowed her to fulfil her goal of building a successful business of her own rather than working for other people while maintaining a successful work/life balance as a mother of two.
The business has just won its first business award, the Swan Hansen 2006 award for the best home-based business.
