WESFARMERS CSBP managing director and 2003 WA Business News 40under40 winner John Gillam has been elected as President of the Australian Institute of Management.
As president of the institute, Mr Gillam will be responsible for chairing AIM’s board of directors who will continue to focus on strong business management as well as leading edge leadership issues for the region.
He has been a director of AIM’s Board since 2002 and his current president’s position is scheduled for a two-year term.
Other elected and reappointed AIM Board members include: RAC group chief executive Mr Terry Agnew, Chrystal and Co managing director Haydn Chrystal, Managing Director, retired Woodside Energy corporate strategy, planning and performance director Chris Cronin, Hamersley Iron managing director David Smith and Bell Potter Securities head of wealth management Heather Zampatti.
