Jaxon has a long history of successfully carrying out major projects in the North West.
On average, between $80,000 and $60,000, would be spent to refurbish the existing residences.
There would be 190 refurbished homes offered for sale to existing tenants and the general public.
570 homes will be assessed by Jaxon, and works will include modernising kitchens, bathrooms and laundries together with
landscaping and external painting.
The living areas both internally and externally will also be made more functional.
New gardens and public open spaces would contribute to the fresh look of the town.
The company is already committed to the Pilbara, with government contracts of around $20 million in place, including the Hedland Health Campus, improvements to Port Hedland High School and Cassia Primary School, as well as other homes in the area.
Further north it is building the Broome Visitor Centre and Kununurra Health Campus.
