The company, which aimed to become Australia's first listed law firm group, was beaten to the punch earlier this year by Slater & Gordon.
ILH had entered into agreements to acquire the practices of Talbot Olivier and Brett Davies Lawyers and the Internet legal document business of Law Central.
The company is chaired by former Commonwealth Treasurer John Dawkins, who is joined on the board by Anne Tregonning and managing director Thomas Henn.
Legal advice was provided by Steinepreis Paganin, with Ernst & Young serving as auditors.
