On Saturday September 18 UWA Extension will hold a seminar titled Increase Your Personal and Professional Productivity.
The seminar will be presented by Dr Peter Dingle and is designed to address time wastage and increase productivity in both working and personal life.
Dr Dingle has worked in the area of active learning and success strategies for the past 15 years.
Over this time Dr Dingle has integrated some tried and true methods recommended by experts as well as using newer discoveries in memory use and ways to optimise this, brain function and emotional perception.
Through this research and learning process Dr Dingle has developed a program for achieving individual and corporate success and wellbeing.
The primary goals of the program are to help identify personal and professional priorities so that time wasting can be stopped and focus can be re-directed to what really is important, to give attendees the skills to focus on priorities, and the skills to change thinking patterns and behaviour, to improve personal and professional productivity and to gain an insight into managing energy levels.
The program is aimed at individuals who are not as productive as they would like to be, who may procrastinate on occasions, who can’t find time to do the leisure activities they would like to and who want to get more out of life as a general rule.
Registrations for this seminar can be made with UWA Extension for $135.
