Perth-based explorer Hot Chili is eyeing an Australian stock exchange listing next month as it prepares to open its $8 million initial public offer next week.
The company, headed by chairman Murray Black, has compiled a portfolio of copper-uranium-gold projects in Chile.
In its prospectus, Hot Chili said its focus will be to start maiden drilling programs at the Productora, Los Mantos and Chile Norte projects.
The company plans to issue at least 30 million shares at 20 cents each to raise a minimum of $6 million, with a further 10 million shares up for offer to raise a further $2 million.
DJ Carmichael is the lead manager of the offer.
Hot Chili plans to list on the ASX on April 27 and should full subscription be reached, the company will have a market capitalisation of $24.8 million.
On the board are Mr Murray as non-executive chairman, managing director Christian Easterday and non-executive director Bernard Mountford.
