Herald ushers in 3 new directors

Herald Resources Ltd chairman and managing director Terrence Allen has stepped down as the company welcomes three new faces following its majority acquisition by Bumi Resources.

Kenneth Farrell, Evan Ball and Andrew Beckham have been appointed as representatives of Calipso, the investment vehicle for Bumi, with immediate effect.

Mr Farrell has also been appointed as chairman.

Mr Allen had been with the company over the past 25 years.
