Groppoli replaces Flugge as AHG director

AHG has quickly filled the board vacancy created by the resignation of former AWB chairman Trevor Flugge, announcing today the appointment of John Groppoli as a non-executive director.

Mr Groppoli, who serves on the boards of Retravision (WA) Ltd and Electcom Ltd, is currently managing director of Milners Pty Ltd, a brand marketing group specialising in high-end home products. He worked as a partner of law firm Deacons from 1987 to 2004, specialising in franchising, legal compliance and corporate governance, and was managing partner of the Perth office from 1998 to 2002.
