International industrial fittings group Dixon Valve & Coupling Company is moving its Perth premises, leasing a new office and warehouse facility in Canning Vale.
The five year deal, with a five year option, was brokered by Raine & Horne Commercial’s Simon Matthews.
The property, which comprises 550 square metres of office space and a 2,000sqm warehouse, was recently completed by Prada Developments and is located at 18 Baile Road.
Dixon Valve & Coupling was formerly located at 46-48 Wittenberg Drive, also in Canning Vale.
Mr Matthews said the new property would allow Dixon Valve & Coupling to grow its WA operations.
“Dixon looked at a number of options in various locations, but the corporate presentation, location and overall profile of the property at 19 Baile Road was ideal and the anticipated completion of the construction blended well with their own timing,” Mr Matthews said.
Mr Matthews said Raine & Horne Commercial was experiencing high levels of enquiry, despite softening across the industrial leasing market.
“Consolidation and restructuring are currently the main objectives,” he said.
“Landlords who are prepared to adapt to the changing market conditions are likely to secure good long-term tenants.”
