GHD stronger in Bunbury

ENGINEERING firm Gutteridge Haskins & Davey has strengthened its presence in Bunbury and WA’s south-west by moving to larger premises and appointing a new manager.

The firm recently moved from its Spencer Street premises to 10 Victoria Street, in the heart of Bunbury.

It also appointed Peter Eastlake, an engineer with more than 30 years experience, as office manager. Mr Eastlake spent 16 years with Perth-based GB Hill Consulting Engineers, the last seven as director, before the company merged with GHD last year.

“The new office gives us space to expand and to continue to develop our business,” Mr Eastlake said. “GHD is participating in a number of major projects ranging from the disposal of tailings waste at Worsely Alumina Refinery near Collie to the design and project management of developments such as Marlsten Hill, Eastman and Victoria Heights.”
