Fraud control and the prosecution process

This Corporate Management Practice Statement provides guidance on how to be alert to matters that should be brought to the attention of Serious Non-Compliance or Fraud Prevention and Control. Primarily, these matters will involve possible fraud or other offences against the revenue system, or fraud on the Tax Office by our employees, and referring cases involving serious criminal activity which is not tax-related.
