Two Forge Group subsidiaries have won contracts, valued at a combined $40 million, for work at projects of Adamus Resources and Lynas Corporation.
Lynas has re-contracted Forge subsidiary Abesque to complete engineering, design and construction at the Mount Weld concentration plant, after having suspending an earlier contract last year, pending project refinancing.
The latest contract is valued at $36.2 million.
"We are very pleased to have entered a new phase of our relationship with Abesque for delivery of the Mount Weld Concentration Plant," Lynas executive chairman Nicholas Curtin said.
"The move to a lump sum contract recognises the strength of the relationship between Lynas and Abesque, and the quality of the work completed to date.
"The lump sum contract provides for completion of the Mount Weld Concentration Plant on time and within budget, which is excellent news for Lynas."
Meantime, Adamus has provided Forge subsidiary Cimeco with a notice of intention to award for work at the Nzema gold operations in Ghana.
The work involves the construction of field erected tanks.
The contract is valued at $3.65 million and Forge has been invited to submit tenders for further construction works at Nzema.
Shares in Forge climbed two cents to $2.37 at 13:04 AEDT.
