Fleetwood expands at Woodside

East Perth-based Fleetwood Corporation Ltd has agreed to provide Woodside Energy Ltd an additional 144 rooms at its Searipple Village in Karratha at an estimated value of $12 million.

This further expansion brings the total number of rooms at Searipple to 1520, of which
approximately 85% are committed to clients on terms ranging between six months and two years.

The agreement will run until 31 December 2009.
