Financial Resources MD resigns

Financial Resources Ltd today announced that Mr Barry Samuels has resigned as managing director effective 30 November, citing personal and health reasons.

Chairman Ray Turner said the board had accepted Mr Samuels' resignation with considerable regret.

Mr Samuels will continue as a non-executive director.
