Females good bosses: men

ONE fifth of men think females make better managers, a 1,000 subject survey by recruiter Alectus has found.

The survey found more than 63 per cent of women thought they were better managers than their male counterparts.

Alectus general manager Christine Slattery said only 6.2 per cent of CEOs and directors agreed with the verdict.

She said 45 per cent of males and 66.1 per cent of females agreed females had a better management style.

“Human resource professionals of both sexes believe females are better in top roles,” Ms Slattery said.
