FOODLAND Associated Limited has agreed to sell its New Zealand department store and consumer finance business Farmers to Hector Paskel Limited, a consortium of James Pasoc Limited and Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Limited in a deal valued at $NZ 311 million.
