ERG takes one name

TWO ERG member companies have been brought under the ERG brand name.

The automated fare collection business AES Prodata has become ERG Transit Systems and the telecommunications infrastructure provider Australian Power Industries is now ERG Connect.

ERG CEO Peter Fog-arty said, over the past 15 years, the company had become a strong, global enterprise.

He said its core business areas were rapidly converging. Mr Fogarty expects the changes will ultimately have a positive flow on to the group’s performance and share value.
