not just wikileaks - ranger leaks. CSIRO estimate that up to a billion litres of contaminated water has escaped the leaky tailings dam at ranger, which is now losing around 150,000 litres a day. Why is there so much money for expanding this aging, straining project, but nothing to halt the insidious hazard they continue to present to the internationally significant wetlands of the dual-listed world heritage kakadu national park ?
