Doubleview develops

The proximity of Inna-loo and Doubleview to major shopping centres and Scarborough beach front is proving popular with developers.

This was indicated recently when high prices were achieved at an auction of vacant blocks in Doubleview by Homeswest.

The Saturday morning sale, by real estate agents Druit First National, sold six of the 11 blocks for a total of $1.29 million.

The highest price realised was $271,000 for the 668sqm Lot 151 on the corner of Mira-mar and Bower Streets.

Prices ranged from $219,000, with an average of $285/sqm.
