Directors’ Interests

Fox Resources directors Donovan Harper and Bruno Seneque have increased their direct and indirect interest in the company, respectively, by each purchasing 500,000 shares valued at $300,000 through exercising unlisted options. Mr Harper more than tripled his portfolio and now holds 686,500 shares at a value of nearly $1.2 million, while Mr Seneque more than doubled his holding and now has 901,500 shares at a value of $1.5 million. Jubilee Mines NL director Alan Senior has changed his direct and interest in the company three times during the past month. In two separate transactions, Mr Senior increased his interest from 170,000 shares to 270,000 shares, by exercising unlisted options to acquire 50,000 shares each time at a value of $175,000. He then decreased his interest by selling 20,000 shares at a value of $274,000 in an on-market trade, to hold 250,000 shares at a value of $3.3 million.
