Directors’ Interests

CARPATHIAN Resources Ltd non-executive director Eddie Smith has bought 620,000 shares in the company for $44,640. Less than a week earlier he acquired 280,000 shares for $20,160. He now holds 17.7 million shares to the value of approximately $1.3 million in addition to five convertible, unlisted notes, worth $500,000 in total. TITAN Resources Ltd chairman Donald Watt has sold his interest in the company by accepting an off-market takeover offer by Consolidated Nickel Pty Ltd. Prior to his resignation on June 29, Mr Watt exchanged his 1.6 million Titan shares in a transaction worth $108,000. Director Colin Smith also took part in the share offer prior to resigning his position, disposing of 2 million shares to the value of $140,000. He now holds around 262 million shares in Consolidated Minerals Ltd. Managing director and chief executive Jeffrey Gresham disposed of all his 398,208 shares in the takeover target for $27,000. He still holds 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at 37 cents each by June 8, 2007 and a further 2.5 million unlisted options exercisable at 6.9 cents each, expiring on June 21, 2010.
