Directors' Interests

Troy Resources executive director project development Ken Nilsson has exercised 100,000 options to acquire shares at a cost of $3.51 each. Mr Nilsson has then sold 130,000 shares on-market at $4.98 each to raise $647,400, leaving him with a stake of 355,239 shares in the South American gold junior currently worth $1.7 million. This August, Troy sold its Sandstone mine in the Murchison, which Mr Nilsson helped develop when he first joined the miner in 2007 and has since been put on care and maintenance, to Southern Cross Goldfields. Mr Nilsson currently heads development of Troy’s Casposo underground mine in Argentina.
