Pacific Energy managing director Adam Boyd has exercised 2 million options to acquire shares in the company at a cost of 45 cents each and sold the same amount of shares on-market for 48 cents each, for a net profit of $60,000 from the two transactions. Mr Boyd retains a holding of 5.1 million shares in the power station owner and renewable energy generation company, currently worth $2.4 million.
Northern Minerals non-executive directors Adrian Griffin and Colin McCavana have exercised 500,000 options to acquire shares at a cost of 10.8 cents each. With the company’s shares currently trading at 17.5 cents, Mr Griffin’s resulting stake of more than 3.2 million shares is currently worth $561,283 while Mr McCavana’s resulting stake of 3.2 million shares is worth $560,000.
Gage Roads Brewing chairman Ian Olson disposed of almost 1.4 million shares last week to raise $217,139, reducing his stake in the contract brewer to 1.1 million shares, currently worth $184,025.
