Five Coalspur Mines directors, including WA-based non-executive director and Napier Capital partner Mark Rodda, have converted performance rights into ordinary shares on satisfaction of the coal miner’s bankable feasibility study milestone. Mr Rodda has converted 25,000 Coalspur performance rights into shares at no cost, bringing his total stake in the company to 391,667 shares. With the company’s shares currently trading at $1.74 each, his stake is worth $683,459.
