Cazaly Resources founding director Clive Jones has exercised 1 million options to acquire shares at a cost of 30 cents each, bringing his total stake in the diversified mineral resources company to 9.5 million shares. With the company’s shares currently trading at 35.5 cents each, his stake is valued at $3.4 million.
Navitas chief executive officer Rod Jones has acquired 65,000 shares in on-market trade at a cost of $228,700, bringing his total stake in the education provider to 53.6 million shares worth $188 million.
