Iluka Resources managing director David Robb has sold 335,000 shares at $13.74 each worth a total of $4.6 million, after selling 465,000 shares at $10.65 each last month. These sales have been offset by acquisitions of $11 million worth of shares in the mineral sands miner as part of his remuneration plan last month, and he has now also acquired 78,560 shares at $10.66 each, in relation to the deferred equity component of his 2010 Short Term Incentive Plan. This brings his total stake in the company to about 1 million shares worth $14 million.
