Finbar Group executive chairman John Chan has topped up his interest in the apartment developer, buying 250,000 shares at a cost of just under $280,000. That takes his total interest in the company to 21.7 million shares worth $24.2 million.
Nido Petroleum non-executive director David Whitby has reduced his interest in the company by selling 5.6 million shares on-market, raising $560,000. He retains an interest in 11.9 million shares. Mr Whitby is a former chairman and managing director of Nido, which is developing an oil project in the Philippines
