South Boulder Mines executive director Liam Cornelius has sold 190,000 shares at $4.90 per share to raise $796,100.He has used these funds to exercise some of his options in the company, acquiring 2.1 million shares at 20 cents each and a further 1.5 million shares at 25 cents each. Mr Cornelius currently holds a total of 6.1 million South Boulder shares worth $23.7 million.
Euroz founder and chairman Peter Diamond, who bought 100,000 shares in the company in early February, has exercised options to buy a further 800,000 shares at 75 cents per share. The increased holding brings the total value of his stake in the stockbroker and fund manager to $21.5 million.
