Directors’ Interests

Westgold Resources non-executive directors, Peter Cook and Warrren Hallem, have lifted their indirect interests through the purchase of shares on-market via Metals X, where they both hold board positions. In the past week, about $2.4 million was spent buying 6 million shares, increasing Metals X’s shareholding to 32 per cent. Metals X and Westgold are joint venture partners over the Rover 1 gold project in the Northern Territory, where exploration drilling is underway.
