Outgoing ORH non-executive director Joshua Ridley has pocketed more than $1.3 million through on and off-market transactions last week. Mr Ridley, who resigned from the company this week, sold his entire shareholding of about 38.3 million shares for 3.4 cents each. He netted $306,000 through the sale of 9 million shares on-market and a further $994,900 by selling shares off-market. In the same week, ORH chairman Dominic Martino picked up an extra 10.7 million shares through both on and off market purchases, paying a total of $365,901. At the same time, ORH chief executive Geoff Hann also picked up 7.75 million shares on-market, paying a total of $263,182.
Conquest Mining non-executive director Paul Marks has boosted his shareholding in the company in the wake of newly appointed chief Jake Klein resolving the Gold Fields Australasia dispute. Mr Marks bought 1 million shares for $384,450.
