Directors’ Interests

Frankland River Olive Company director Paul Letari has significantly boosted his shareholding, spending more than $1 million in the rights issue to take his interest to just over 19 per cent. Managing director David Carr bought $25,000 worth of shares to increase the value of his shareholding to $244,395. Mount Magnet South non-executive director John Stockley retains just one share in the company after selling 100,000 shares for $7,000. Black Range Minerals director Matthew Wood has pocketed $506,683 from the sale of more than 10 million shares, which leaves him with a shareholding of around 2 per cent.
