Bannerman Resources Ltd non-executive director Alastair Clayton has increased his stake in the company through the exercise of 4.8 million options at a total cost of $1.9 million. Mr Clayton then sold 1 million shares in the uranium explorer, realising $1.7 million and making an instant profit on that tranche of $1.3 million. He now owns 5 million shares in the Leederville-based company, valued at just under $9 million on the announcement day share price. Empire Beer Group Ltd non-executive director Ian Mcliver has increased his interest in the brewer through the acquisition of 1.3 million shares at a total cost of $140,000 through a share issue. Non-executive chairman Mel Ashton increased his interest by 387,097 shares at a cost of $48,000, and non-executive director Kate Lamont purchased $30,000 worth of shares.
