RELODE director Wayne Dimech has boosted his holding in the explorer by $759,480 thanks to the transfer of shares that had been held in a company controlled by his wife.
The transfer resulted in a further 6,329,000 shares to go with the 2,970,390 he already held.
Mr Dimech said ReLode had a significant joint venture with Anglo American in the Musgraves tenements and had commenced a drilling program at its Karonie gold tenement.
Woodside Petroleum Limited chairman Charles Goode has increased his stake in the oil and gas player by $105,985, or 7,872 shares. That change in shares came as part of Woodside’s non-executive directors’ share plan.
