Deep Sea Fisheries sells vessels for $1m

Fremantle-based Deep Sea Fisheries Ltd will sell its remaining two vessels for around $1 million, after completing negotiations to a contract basis with an overseas company.

On 12 July 2007 Deep Sea Fisheries Ltd (DSF) announced it had progressed negotiations to a contract basis with an overseas company for the sale of its remaining two vessels for a consideration of $1.05 million.

DSF today confirms the successful settlement of this sale. As the sale constitutes an export, the proceeds received of $1,050,000 are exempt from and net of GST.
